Updating the bounds in the layer configuration does not change them for the associated tile layer

Steps to reproduce: Create a layer and add a tile cache for it. Save. Open the associated datadir/gwc-layer xml file (sort the directory by last modified to find it quickly, or grep for the layer name) Go back to the layer definition, change the native and geographic bounds, save Check the gwc-layer xml file, the bounds did not change
