Add LayerGroup support to geofence modules.
In the UI the user will be able to select layer groups from the layer dropdown. The layerGroup security will follow the same rules already applied in the DefaultResourceAccessManager , when requesting LayerGroups and layers contained in a group (WMS).
Spatial filtering should be supported too, hence if an allowedArea WKT is specified for a layerGroup rule it should be applied to the contained layers too.
