The warning is:

Warning: 171 [WARNING] 'dependencies.dependency.(groupId:artifactId:type:classifier)' must be unique: org.geoserver.community:gs-oseo-core:jar:tests -&gt; duplicate declaration of version $

And indeed the pom.xml has the entry twice.

Because of our warning free policy this is breaking outstanding pull requests.
