When requesting a WCS 2.0 GetCoverage with slicing on latitude and longitude, the returned pixel is sometime the one adjacent to the one touching the requested coordinate.

Note: slicing on latitude and longitude means specifying lat and lon subsets such that they represent a simple point, instead of an extent.

Current code sets a small one pixel bbox starting from the specified coordinate.
We should use that coordinate as center instead.
