I have the same issue like this:

To monitor any activity on this, I switched to the new jira to do so:
https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOS-4773
But this ticket has now a lower priority and there is no assignee anymore. Is this a known jira migration bug?

The jira migration, to my utter surprise, still not complete, I've cc'ed
Harrison, that OSGeo hired
to perform the migration, he might tell us if and when we are going to see
the migration complete.
Lack of assignee is by design though, we decided not to assign anyone to
the issue until someone
starts working on it, as an assignee gives the wrong impression that the
issue my work worked on
anytime soon, while it may just sit there for years

thanks for the explanation.
Maybe Harrison - as the professional for the migration - could also fix the bad display of any comment. Instead of showing the html tags they should be interpreted. It would be a pity if we lose them.
