[Geoserver-devel] Just added a README.md to give GitHub users a intro to Geoserver

Hi all,
I’ve just added a README.md page to the repo so that people landing
on GitHub first can get their bearings:
https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver

The structure is basically copied from the GeoTools one (thanks to whoever added it),
and adapted to the GeoServer project.

Feel free to fix/enhance it :slight_smile:
