Hi,
A co-worker and I would like to submit a proposal to add to the KMSCORE feature in GeoServer. I'd like to put together a quick wiki page describing the proposed change/update so that we may discuss it at tomorrow's IRC meeting and get started on it. Where in the wiki/developer's guide should I create this page? Thanks,

Quick wiki page... could go in the R&D section I guess?
geoserver.org is down now, if you're in a hurry I guess any
wiki is good (i.e., temporarily you might use the udig one?)

geoserver.org seems to be back up now. R&D section, do you have a link to that? I can't seem to find it in the developer's guide.
