Last release was #164 - I will build locally and see what I can find.
I know we only have one more release scheduled before these jobs are shut off - but since I am on the hook for GeoServer 2.6.5 I would like to make sure it builds.

I ran the geotools, and then the geoserver build locally (in order) - and both succeeded.
Given that ares has a failure … I need to check into it more:

I wonder if 2.6.x is using perceptual diff, and thus my local build success is not indicative of the state of 2.6.x…
Does not look like it, the failure is:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.3.2:compile (default-compile) on project gs-wms: Compilation failure
[ERROR] /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/geoserver-2.6.x/src/wms/src/main/java/org/geoserver/wms/WMSMapContent.java:[219,49] error: cannot access MapViewport
Wonder if this build is using an older version of Java … nope Java 7.
The WMSMapContent.java code does not look suspicion:
ReferencedEnvelope dataArea = getViewport().getBounds();
Looking at the file directly on Ares (may need login for this link) WMSMapContent.java also looks correct.
So yeah, still not sure about the failure.
