It is time to hit the big -U button and grab the latest geoapi and geotools - this time around there have been no changes required of the geoserver code base.
If you are interested the changes revolved around an implementation of ISO Geometry we don't use, and updating the metadata interfaces used to track epsg code and suchlike.
