Good day all,
I was trying to use an Openlayers popup.framedcloud with data output from Geoserver and noted a broken image link and improper display of the popup (no white background or balloon leader). As far as I can tall this version of Geoserver isn’t shipping with the “cloud-popup-relative.png” file in the openlayers/img/ directory.
I copied the PNG from a full distribution of openlayers and it seems to have solved the problem. Shall I submit a bug report to JIRA?
Thanks!

Maybe not... the version of openlayers we ship inside GeoServer
is minimized to support only the needs of the layer preview,
so that it loads fast.
If you need anything else you should use the full version or, even better, create a minimized build fitting exactly your needs
Cheers
