[Geoserver-devel] More on the random CITE test failures... or make that random invalid successes

Hi,
I was looking at one build that randomly fails (WFS 1.0 on 2.5.x ) and when it
does we normally have a total failure at the CITE engine level, unable to find
and compile the tests suite, eg.:

  [exec] Checking for /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/geoserver-cite/forms/wfs-1.0.0.xml
     [exec] Fatal Error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/geoserver-cite/tools/target/work/~2Fvar~2Flib~2Fjenkins~2Fworkspace~2Fgeoserver-cite~2Ftools~2Fengine~2Fscripts~2Fwfs-1.0.0~2Fctl~2Fwfs.xml/wfs$test1.0.0-basic-describefeaturetype-get-1.test (No such file or directory)
     [exec] Apr 29, 2014 2:56:07 PM com.occamlab.te.TECore executeTest

Does this ring any bell? The file name seems indeed rather strange

The ones that are “passing” are usually strange, it does not seem to me we are actually passing them, see no trace
of the cite engine being actually run:

http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/jenkins/view/geoserver-cite/job/2.5-cite-wfs-1.0/60/console

or for example:

http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/jenkins/view/geoserver-cite/job/2.5-cite-wfs-1.0/47/console

Something is seriously wrong here but… I don’t know what…
