Any objections to adding the namespace parameter to the WFS DataStore
on both 2.1.x and trunk?

Cascaded WFS layers work when accessed through WMS but accessing them through WFS doesn't work because the WFSDataStore does not support the namespace parameter convention and the GetFeatures queries using <localprefix>:<remote_typename> result in failed catalog lookups.
