If the geometry column is listed, then I imagine the problem might be
the 3d point. Try it with just a 2d point and see if it works. You
also may try modifying the wkb-enabled tag in the postgis datastore, as
there are two different ways of reading the geometry. WKB is faster,
but WKT might work a little better. But if it works with 2d points,
then please submit this as a bug.
