Given the history of that module I believe it can be integrated as “found code”, under the specs
of GSIP-186, which allows contribution of community and extensions modules without a CLA.

I have vague memories that the module required core changes too? If that’s the case, I believe those bits
will have to be rewritten from scratch, and contributed with a CLA, while the TJS community module can be contributed
under the GSIP-186 rules (so, two separate PRs, or at least, two separate commits).
Jody, can you confirm my understanding is correct?
