I have spent some time going over various time lines and requirements
that people have brought up recently. In particular focusing on
community schema support and the new feature model.
Here is my *first* cut. Keep in mind this is still very rough. But
hopefully it is good enough to serve as base for topic of discussion in
todays meeting.

Note - I asked Justin to link the the Observations and Measurements Roadmap (ie biz goals) and have updated with a translation for the developer community. If you are ever wondering why ISO 19115 XML Bindings appears in Justin's plan, or why anyone would want it these links should help.
