Hi, In order to select polygons in an OpenLayers2 map, I am using the ‘fromWMSLayer’ function. Sometimes the selection is displayed and sometimes it is not. I did many tests without success: - releasing GeoServer memory - publishing the polygons on another GeoServer - polygons in WGS84 / ETRS - polygons with few vertices / with many vertices - using WFS1.0.0 / WFS1.1.0 Still does not work. Is there a problem with refreshing the map? How can I fix it? Thank you for your reply. P.

I rather suspect you should put this on the OL list. In your browser, with firebug or developer tools, look at the NET tab and see what request is being sent to geoserver (if in fact such a request is being generated).
You can look at the response for error messages.
If you think the request data is valid, then please post the URL and POST data here.
If you are not generating the correct requests to Geoserver, then it is likely to be a problem with your OL code.
