[Geoserver-devel] Proposing Steve Ikeoka for commit rights

Hi all,
I’m writing to propose Steve Ikeoka, cc’ed, for commit rights on the GeoServer repository.
Steve has made a significant number of pull requests (47 merged, 1 in queue, see [1]),
and properly aligned with the contribution guidelines.
