I know how to create a new namespace. But what the problem I come up against is that I don’t know how to make out the URI at the page where create a new namespace. Just like the image in accessories.

In the web configuration UI, you can navigate to config -> data -> namespace and there create a new namespace. Then when you add a new datastore you can select that namespace to use for it.
