I did not manage to get the release out prior to friday’s bug stomp (sorry got stuck on work). With that in mind I would like to start the release train for 2.9.3 today.
The bug stomp hit on three security vulnerabilities, should I be releasing a 2.10.1 at this time?

Hum… don’t know, the issues were all 10+ years old, believe people can wait a month more if they really need to use 2.10.x
