I'm trying to face http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1210,
and whilst I'm not sure, I think being able to use
XMLCharsetDetector would be useful. Yet, Geotools is LGPL,
so I may need to ask for a relicensig of that file...
Not sure we can do that now thouhgt... any idea?
