It looks like the 2.10.x nightly build hasn’t run yet, so the 2.10.x docs don’t exist yet. I have triggered the nightly build, so should be working working in an hour or two.

Looks like it is already working. The first run of the geoserver-2.10.x-live-docs build completed a little over an hour ago.
