I would like to ask backport permission for an improvement that takes advantage of https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-6394 and allows user to configure URLs and Zip files as schema stores. More details at https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOS-9364
