[Geoserver-devel] Request to Backport WCS 1.1 to GeoTools

For https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/904/, several GeoServer java files need to be backported to GeoTools. As this requires a change from GPL → LGPL, I would like to request permission of the GeoServer PSC to port these files to GeoTools.

Files affected:

src/wcs1_1/src/main/java/org/geoserver/wcs/xml/v1_1_1/WCSConfiguration.java
src/wcs1_1/src/main/java/org/geoserver/wcs/xml/v1_1_1/bindings/TimePeriodTypeBinding.java
src/wcs1_1/src/main/java/org/geoserver/wcs/xml/v1_1_1/bindings/TimePositionTypeBinding.java
src/wcs1_1/src/main/java/org/geoserver/wcs/xml/v1_1_1/bindings/TimeSequenceTypeBinding.java

I note that the schema files themselves retain OGC copyright / license :slight_smile: But yeah our java files need a new header…
