The releases of GeoTools 14.5 / GeoWebCache 1.8.3 / GeoServer 2.8.5 have been rescheduled to early next week to expedite the availability of security fixes:

Anyone with changes for inclusion in these releases, please make yourself known immediately. There are no outstanding pull requests for these branches.
This is the last scheduled release of this maintenance series.
