[Geoserver-devel] REST API upgrade and disabled community modules

The results of the REST API upgrade from Restlet to Spring MVC are now merged to master, and as a consequence, several community modules that relied on the Restlet API are now failing.

These have been disabled until such time as they are upgraded to work with the new MVC api.

The community modules that have been disabled are:

Core Scripting Extension (gs-script)
REST plugin community module (gs-rest-ext)
GeoServer JMS clustering module (gs-jms-cluster)
Resumable REST Upload module (gs-rest-upload)
GeoFence security integration (gs-geofence)
REST SLD service (gs-sldservice)
GeoGig GeoServer integration (gs-geogig)
GeoServer Config Backup And Restore REST Module (gs-backuprestore)
GeoServer notification event system (gs-notifications)

I have disabled the geoserver-master-geogig-plugin build on ares Jenkins until this module is fixed.

Kind regards,
Ben.
