Hi,
I tried changing the default SLD for the topp:states with a SLD I created ,
but it still displays the default SLD and does not give any error message.I
also tried using mystyles.xml file. The url is as :
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms?bbox=-127.61950065,23.7351786,-64.08177035,50.592523400000005&Format=application/openlayers&request=GetMap&layers=topp:states&width=800&height=317&srs=EPSG:4326&SLD=http://localhost:8080/geoserver/styles/mystyle.sld
How can I change the SLD file at runtime , without publishing and restarting
the SLD file on the geoserver. I am using geoserver1.6.3 and also with
1.6.2.
Thanks

Hi,
Can you include mystyle.sld? I cant be sure but my guess is that the
name of the Layer defined in your SLD does not match the name of the
layer being specified so it is ignored and the default is used.
