the new demo requests page is working very well.
Apart from the feedback already provided in
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2081
(did it made into a new jira btw?) I
have this extra sshot:

1) the username/password are imho better placed
on top
2) the window seems always to pop up in the same position
regardless of how big the browser windows is.
Any change to be able and adapt size and position?

It seems its possible to adapt almost any aspect of the inner window. How you
think it would be better layed out? something in the lines of centered with
80% width and 80% height?
