Hi,
I know some work have been done on moving WMS to the new KVP framework
but I'm unsure of what the state is.
Looking at the code it seems only GetMap has been migrated, thought
the old GetMapKvpReader/GetMapXmlReader are still there.
Can I have an update on this one? Shall we remove the old classes, what
about legend, featureinfo and so on?

Yeah, GetMap has been ported to the new dispatch framework, but not the
other operations.
The other operations should be a lot easier to port than GetMap but have
not been done yet. And the old GetMapKvpReader should probably be
killed. I believe its already deprecated.
Its probably something that can be done in a couple of hours or so. I
can take this on unless someone else wants to. Would probably be a good
opportunity for others to learn the dispatching framework though.
