Hi,
I'm going to schedule a breakout IRC meeting for tomorrow at 14:00 UTC
time (so 7am my time, 4pm in Italy/South Africa).
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2006&month=8&day=24&hour=14&min=0&sec=0&p1=256&p2=111&p3=215
Topics:
GSIP #4 - Status Module
and the use of JMX within it
Please let me know if this conflicts with anyone and I will reschedule.
Cheers,
Richard
Ok, nevermind. After lunch with Jesse and Justin it does not look like
we will be using JMX for this. The JMX aspect might come about in a
future module where clients can be permitted to configure GeoServer
remotely.
For the status module we do not need to do any configuration. We just
need to retrieve some status information from the server. For this we
will just use Spring remoting.
