svn up gives me:

It works for me, but there is definitely something wrong with codehaus DNS. I think I am getting cached results from my organisation. codehaus.org domain registration is OK.
Optus Looking Glass does *not* resolve:
http://looking-glass.optus.net.au/
Here is what I am getting from my organisation's DNS. Put this in your hosts file until DNS is fixed:
svn.codehaus.org 63.246.2.115
jira.codehaus.org 63.246.2.115
codehaus.org 63.246.7.187

I lodged a HAUS ticket:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/HAUS-1858
And it just started working again. Watch it and see if it stays up.
I note that Codehaus Jira is very fast when most people cannot get to it.
