Hi there. Apologies if this has already been discussed.
I would like to see the space in the middle of the main web admin screen filled with something. Having a void with content only on the sides seems a bit, I dunno, unfriendly? I'm fine with the 1.7.x model, i.e. having the "About GeoServer" section be populated in that space, or maybe just a simple "hello" text. But perhaps content was removed for a reason.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
