Hi,
I was looking into some coverage reprojetion issue in WMS 1.3 (nasty ones btw)
and was put off by not being able to just use the geoserver preview in order to
play with the WMS 1.3 protocol so… I set out to rectify that.
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4892 has a OL 2.11 build with the wms.cfg
profile and compressed with the closure compiler

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4894 adds a drop down to the OL preview
so that we can switch to the WMS 1.3 protocol, and also changes the OL template
to use WMS 1.3 compliant GetFeatureINfo and sets the yx variable to declare if the
current SRS is NE oriented (OL recognizes only 4326, but there are thousands)
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4893 teaches the on the fly meta tiling code
to deal with WMS 1.3 axis flipping so that the inner workings and the cache can
be shared between the two protocols.
I though I’d give a heads up and a possibility for a review since we haven’t upgraded
OL in ages.
Opinions?
Cheers
Andrea

Nice work! Looked over the patches and they look good to me.
