tomorrow we were supposed to have the 2.23.1 release, but I see there
is no volunteer marked for it.
Do we have any candidate? Of course it does not have to be tomorrow,
pick your preference

I can probably do it on Friday (unless the Giro is in the Alps :-)) unless anyone is in a hurry to get it out tomorrow
