I think this came up before, but due to differences in the version negotiation rules between wcs 1.0 and wcs 1.1, a single server can not be a cite compliant implementation of both at the same time.
Was there any resolution to this during cite? Currently to pass wcs 1.0 tests one has to take the wcs-1.1 module out of the mix.

According to OGC (cough Cubewerx cough) the version negotiation standard in OWS 1.1 was designed in a way that should have avoided this issue... I'll open a jira to check what's going on (as soon as I have some spare time to do so):
