I'd like to nominate Rolando Penate for commit rights to the web2 community module. He's a designer we've been working with, who's going to code up the html and css for the new user interface. Since this is very likely to land on trunk I think it'd be good to just get him normal commit rights, though he'll be limited to just html and css improvements, if he wants to write code he'll need to submit patches, etc.
