Hi all. So a few months ago, we set our weekly IRC meeting time to be 1600 UTC:

Now that Daylight Saving time has ended for some or all of the relevant time zones, I was wondering if we were holding to the UTC time (making our meetings one hour earlier) or were holding to the "real" time (thus changing our UTC meeting time to 1700 UTC). I know Daylight Saving time changes for different areas at different times, but I wanted to make our info page explicit, so as to minimize confusion.
