[Geoserver-devel] Where to put GSIP 31?

I moved the GSIP 31 proposal (now complete) to
http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/Active+Proposals
Is this the right place?

I guess it depends... will future steps fall under this proposal? Or will they be defined in their own? If the former I would say it's state is active, otherwise I would say it is completed, and should probably fall under:

I would have used the Completed Proposals page, but it says
"These proposals have been completed, and have been made available in a public release." There has not yet been a public release of GSIP 31. Seems to be a gap here.

Interesting. I never knew that... i have definitely been moving completed proposals over before being released. Perhaps we should remove this last clause, especially since part of the proposal states its target version. But i am fine either way.

I will remove the clause. This will codify existing practice and everything will make sense.

I have decided to hold off until we hear from Jody. There is a note from Jody at the end of the page encouraging links to releases. I think we should give him a chance to defend it.
