Hi Francesco,
Looks great so far! I am forwarding this to the developers since there will be folks there who are interested. Here are some thoughts of my own.
I think the screen shown below is a good summary of all the rules currently configured. I also think it might be nice to have an option on a particular layer, for configuring a rule just for that layer. What do you think Francesco?
