Hi all,
I managed to track down the problem with the wms cite tests ( I think 
). I tried running the test suite in the new engine that we have been using for ows4 and the problems are no more.
I suspect they have updated the scripts for the new engine, but are still running them in the old engine. I have sent off mail to the cite list to be sure.
So soon we should have cite compliance for wcs 1.0, wms 1.1.1, wfs 1.0, and wfs 1.1 !!!
