Hello,
I have some static files hosted in the www directory on Geoserver 2.16.2. Is it possible to apply role or group based restrictions to those paths? I looked at creating a HTML filter chain, but do not understand if roles can be filtered in this way.

I am not sure the service security settings have been setup with that in mind. It may be a good feature request though?
