Hi Andrea,

the web directories you pointed out are empty?

Best regards,
Bart

> Hi Gabriel,
>
> thanks for this detailed report, it makes sense now.
>
> Is backporting the only option?
>
> Is there no Geoserver branch which is compliant with Geotools trunk?

Sure, geoserver trunk is, you can pick nightlies of it here:
http://gridlock.openplans.org/geoserver/trunk

However, trunk is where heavy development goes on, so one day
it may work, the next one may not. Also, it's quite a bit
slower than 1.6.x (big changes occurred, a performance optimization
pass still has to be done).

Hum, the nightly build system has just been reinstated,
maybe the build failed for geoserver trunk (strange, it
builds for me on my computer).

Justin, any idea about what went wrong?
Cheers

Hum, the nightly build system has just been reinstated,
maybe the build failed for geoserver trunk (strange, it
builds for me on my computer).

Justin, any idea about what went wrong?

for trunk it could be that last night I got it broken for about 5 hours while
working on upgrading to the geotools data api changes. The break was since
about 11pm to 5am my time. Or it might be the nightly system got up again
just today and tonight we'll have the first builds?

Gabriel

Cheers
Andrea

It could be that the build failed. Once the servers are up i will check it out.
