Geo Server: 2.4.4
O/S: W7, Build 7601: SP1
SQL: 2008 R2
SDE: 10.1 (SP1)
ArcSDE Java API 10.1(SP1)
I have a question about configuring an ArcSDE Vector data store with Direct Connect.
I have installed (on my local machine) GeoServer 2.4.4 as well as the Arc SDE Extension. I have also installed the ArcSDE Java API 10.1 and grabbed the jsde_sdk.jar and jpe_sdk.jar files and copied them in the WEB-INF/lib folder.
I click on the option to create an ArcSDE Data store and populate the required fields as below and nothing happens….
The log file, when set to verbose, returns no errors. So I was wondering, in the first instance, if anyone had experienced any similar difficulties…?
