[Geoserver-users] Are multiple layers in a KML request ok?

Just wondering if anyone can anticipate problems with having multiple layers requested from Geoserver in the same network link?
I’ve tested this link out, and it works the way I want it to, but figured I’d ask to see if anyone else has done it and had issues.

I don't know how many people have tested it, but it was definitely designed to handle multiple layers, I think it puts them in to different folders. Each is a separate network link, so if you do a whole bunch of layers it can generate a lot of load on geoserver. But I don't think there are any known issues.

Yepp, it puts them in different folders and seems to work fine. It looks like a great way to ease the pain of combining a bunch of layers at once.

Thanks.
