I have a database that constantly updates by adding and removing polygons.
I wonder how do I get the style file to be updated at the time of
insertion of a new polygon.
So the new polygons are not shown, since not on the style setting.

Are you using caching for your layers?
Or maybe styling the polygons by an attribute value that you don’t have a corresponding value for in the SLD?
