Hello all,
Stefan made a guess:
Try using tomcat6 if the problem is still there.
He is right. I tried to install geoserver on CentOs 5.8 & tomcat5.
After I create a new server (CentOs 6) and installed tomcat6 & geoserver there, there is no problem. Geoserver runs smoothly.
Thank's all!

Finally I found some time to this.
I'm still without success
I'm unable to install newer tomcat (now 5) bacause of my hosting service.
After clean installation of 2.3, I check thru all logs. There are two messages, which caught my eye.
>INFO: Deploying web application archive geoserver.war
>Mar 22, 2013 11:28:29 AM org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader validateJarFile
>INFO: validateJarFile(/usr/share/tomcat5/webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib/servlet-api-2.5.jar) - jar not loaded. >See Servlet Spec 2.3, section 9.7.2. Offending class: javax/servlet/Servlet.class
