Please, give me an SVN commit privileges for GeoTools.
I will commit to http://svn.geotools.org/geotools/trunk/gt/modules/plugin/arcsde with login 'cem'.

First of all, thank you for asking to join the gt2 developer group,
new members are always welcomed
Yet this is the wrong place to ask, to work on ArcSDE datastore you need
to ask on the geotools devel mailing list (I'm cc'ing it, along with
the ArcSDE maintainers).
Moreover, before granting you access to svn you'll need to provide
some patches, that will be reviewed by the module maintainer (either
Saul Farber or Gabriel Roldan). The maintainer will then decide
when and how to grant you commit access.
The process is usually as follow:
* a new wannabe developer provides patches to the module mantainer
attaching each one to a jira issue
* the module mantainer reviews and applies them
* after some time and a set of well done patches the module mantainer
will give you commit access, but usually you'll still
have to ask permission to make modifications, that is, discuss
the changes with the mantainer (since he is the responsible for the
module).
* in time the mantainer will start trusting you enough to let you
commit changes without discussion
I know it seems like a long process, but in practice it does not
take more than a couple of weeks if you keep on sending good
patches.
Cheers
Andrea
I second you're welcome to join.
Andrea made a good introduction of how the joining process is, so this is just
to tell you do not hesitate to do that and contact Saul and/or me to discuss
about what and how you want to improve the sde module.
It would also be great to know if you're planning on a long term commitment to
maintain the module or are just interested in providing a couple punctual
patches, etc
regards,
Gabriel
