I think there might be a misunderstanding of what the :stroke :nth-stroke
are
meant to be used... in your styles there are only two levels of strokes,
not 4, if you want to use 4 as the index, you should have a line like:
stroke: #646464, symbol("shape://oarrow"), #646464,
symbol("shape://vertline");
If you want to specify how the oarrow and vertiline are styled, you should
apply the same selectors as the main strokes instead, something like:
[Typ = 151][@scale < 50000] :nth-stroke(2) {
size: 16;
stroke: #646464;
stroke-dasharray: 16 70;
stroke-width: 2m;
}
[Typ = 153][@scale < 50000] :nth-stroke(4) {
size: 4;
stroke: #646464;
stroke-dashoffset: 70;
stroke-width: 2m;
}
The order of the rules is irrelevant in this case, it not like you
putting nth-stroke rules right after the one you would like
to act on, automatically creates an association, you have to
use the same selectors as the main rule to generate it.
