My apologies if this is the wrong place to post this!
We are looking for someone to help us write a customized SLD for a commercial vector dataset. It will have to look better than Google Maps, so it is not a trivial amount of work or required skill.
How would we find someone with the skill set and time to do this, and what would you think the going rate would be?
