Interesting, but it doesn’t say a word about WMS or WFS. This isn’t an
access problem as such; everybody gets to see the WMS. I just
don’t want
to offer WFS operations.
Isn’t it possible to set the max features per layer (and set it to zero)?

I am under the impression that "max_features=0" means "unlimited".
