[Geoserver-users] does WMS GetFeatureInfo work in non-native SRS?

Hi list,

sorry for the amount of e-mail traffic, but I am testing Geoserver's OGC capabilities for a Lausanne talk. Btw requests were made using Gaia.

Using:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetFeatureInfo&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&LAYERS=topp:nl-prov&STYLES=nl-prov_style&FORMAT=image/png&BGCOLOR=0xFFFFFF&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&SRS=EPSG:4326&BBOX=3.04423879607648,50.7525871451471,7.03832434195351,53.8188943992989&WIDTH=861&HEIGHT=661&QUERY_LAYERS=topp:nl-prov&X=619&Y=360

I get back:
no features were found

But there are clearly features in this part of the map. My shapefile is in EPSG:28992, could it be that reprojected GetFeatureInfo calls are not working?

I tested this, and in EPSG:28992 all works fine:
